Brewers beat Kershaw, Dodgers to take series in LA

go brew crew go

Los Angeles (WITI)— He is arguably the best pitcher in baseball. But on Saturday evening at Dodger Stadium, Clayton Kershaw was not the best pitcher on the field as the Milwaukee Brewers hit two home runs against the Dodgers’ ace in route to a 3-2 win.

In the 4th inning of a scoreless game, Ryan Braun hit a 2 run home run to the opposite field to put the Brewers up 2-0.

After Yovani Gallardo gave up a run to the Dodgers, Kershaw gave up another home run. Carlos Gomez led off the 6th inning with the solo home run to left giving the Brewers a 3-1 lead. Kershaw had not given up a home run since July 20th.

Son in the Oven – The Religious Tragedy of Tristan Robinson

her church told her to pray more, but refused to help her save them kids, smh

Killers Without Conscience

You’ve heard of a bun in the oven of course and you know what it references. Well, the above titlTerrie-Robinson_opt-1e rather plays on that expression and clearly you know what that references too. Her guilty conscience

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Relief for a Milwaukee family. 29-year-old Fredricka (Dricka) Hodges was shot and killed as she sat in her car at the intersection of 24th and Center in April. Now, a 20-year-old man has been charged in the case. Police say he’s the one who pulled the trigger.

Life has gone on at the intersection of 24th and Center — but now, when MCTS Route 22 stops there, it drops off passengers at the memorial for Dricka Hodges.

“It means a lot to the family. It means a lot to the community. It means a lot to my church,” Monique Taylor said.

Taylor, a family friend, is a member of the New Testament Central City Church — which planted a tree at the intersection in Hodges’ honor.
